Thursdays, October 1–22 | 4:15–6:15 PM

Women's BLUE Trail Progression Series Thursdays, October 1, 8, 15 & 22 | 4:15–6:15 PM Build Skills. Find Your Flow. Ride Blue Trails with Confidence. This four-week series is for women and femme riders who are comfortable on green trails and some easier blue terrain and are ready to progress. We’ll divide our time between Kokopelli and Lunch Loops, combining skill development, feature sessioning, and DOSE mindset tools to help you ride intermediate terrain with greater control, confidence, and flow. SAMPLE LOCATIONS Two sessions at Kokopelli and two at Lunch Loops, subject to trail conditions and group needs. WHAT WE’LL WORK ON • Balanced body position • Controlled braking and descending • Climbing technique, uphill ledges and momentum • Cornering with greater control and flow • Line choice and trail scanning • Navigating rocks, ledges, rolls, and technical blue terrain This is a true-blue progression series. You’ll always be encouraged to choose the progression that feels right for you. THIS SERIES IS FOR YOU IF YOU: • Feel comfortable on green trails and some easier blue trails • Want more confidence with rocks, ledges, corners, and steeper sections • Can comfortably ride approximately 6-8 miles of singletrack • Are willing to pause, practice, and session trail features • Want a supportive, noncompetitive learning environment You do not need to ride every feature. Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a solid foundation on green terrain matter most. WHAT’S INCLUDED • Four two-hour small-group coaching sessions • Skill development with on-trail application • Feature sessioning on intermediate terrain • Personalized coaching and feedback • Weekly DOSE mindset tools • A welcoming community of women learning together GROUP SIZE Minimum 4 | Maximum 6 WHAT TO BRING A freshly tuned mountain bike, helmet, gloves, sunglasses, water, and snacks. Knee and elbow pads are highly recommended. Bring a small bike light or headlamp for fading daylight. These evenings prioritize learning—not mileage or fitness. We’ll keep the pace intentional so you have time to practice, expand your comfort zone, and ride with greater confidence and joy. WEATHER If conditions are unsafe or trails are unrideable, we’ll cancel and aim to offer one makeup session, as scheduling allows. No refunds or individual makeup sessions are offered for missed sessions.
