The best way to kick off your 2023 riding season is to join us for our Reconnect Retreat. Have we told you that we're really (really) excited to host this retreat? We cannot wait to reunite with each other from 2022 and create an opportunity and space for you to meet each other! As you know, spring in the Fruita Desert is a beautiful time of year. SCHEDULE*: SUNDAY • 6 am - Welcome & Kickoff Festivities • 6:15 am - Bike Skills • 7 am - Trail Ride with Sessioning + on-trail bike + mind skills practice • 10 am - Snack + Trailside Debrief • 10:30 am Bike Skills • 12 pm - Community Building • 12:30 pm - Lunch FREE TIME / SIESTA • 6:30 pm - Optional Group Dinner in Fruita or GJ MONDAY • 6 am - Community Building / Morning Stretch • 6:15 am - Bike Skills • 7 am - Trail Ride with Sessioning + on-trail skills practice • 10 am - Snack + Trailside Debrief • 10:30 am Bike Skills • 12 pm - Reflections & Community Share Outs • 12:15 pm - Departure *subject to change WHAT'S INCLUDED • Exceptional small-group instruction with a 6:1 participant to coach ratio • 2 bike skills and/or game sessions • 2 trail riding sessions • Fun-focused group activities • Mindset discussions to stretch our comfort zones • Embedded group reflection sessions WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED • meals or lodging MEETING LOCATION Both mornings we'll meet at Reed Park Gazebo near downtown Fruita. We'll hold our community building and bike skills here before hitting the nearby Fruita and/or Grand Junction trails. Cancelation Policy
RETREAT DEPOSITS + BALANCE DUE • Only deposit due at time of booking. • Retreat balance due six weeks prior to retreat start date. THE DESERT DOSE RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY: • Once you have booked a retreat with us it means that we work hard to prepare for your arrival and have reserved time in our schedule for you. • Cancellations made within 29 days of your scheduled event or "no shows" will not be issued any refund. • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled event will be issued a full refund, minus a $50 non-refundable processing fee. • We are unable to provide any refunds or prorated fees for no-shows regardless of any unforeseen circumstances. • Email shannon@thedesertdose.com with cancellations.
